For a taste of Thailand in the heart of the festival, Giggling Squid brings its bold, botanical flavours to Brew Beat. Best known for authentic dishes crafted by expert Thai chefs, expect the kind of vibrant, punchy plates that made their St Martin's Square restaurant a Leicester favourite, think their famous Salt & Pepper Squid and crowd-pleasing Sticky Chicken, built on fresh, aromatic ingredients from the land and sea. It's a proper break from the usual festival food lineup: fragrant, spiced, and full of flavour, perfect for grazing between sets. Whether you're a Giggling Squid regular or trying it for the first time, this is Thai food built for sharing in the sun.
Bringing the true taste of South India to Brew Beat, Madras Flavours specialises in authentic vegetarian cuisine rooted in Udupi and Chettinad traditions. Leicester's #1-rated pizza spot on Tripadvisor lands in Jubilee Square for Brew Beat. King Street favourites Dough What are known for one thing above all, dough made fresh on site, every single day. They bring it to life in two very different styles: thin, authentic Neapolitan and indulgent Chicago-style deep dish, complete with that famous cheese pull. Family-run and proudly hands-on, they've built a loyal following on quality ingredients and genuinely friendly service. Vegan and gluten-free options are available across the menu, so there's a pizza here for everyone. Joining the drinks lineup at Brew Beat this year is Sophy Bar, a King Street favourite known for putting a signature twist on the classics. For the festival, they're setting up a dedicated spritz bar; think slushies, cocktails and mocktails, all with that unmistakable Sophy touch. This year will see a family fun zone, built into our site plan featuring Circus Performances including interactive elements for kids to get involved and try different elements.
Back for another year, Space Pony Faces are returning to Brew Beat to add a little extra sparkle to your festival look. Expect vibrant face painting and glitter artistry, whatever your style, bold, colourful and totally weekend-approved. Whether you're going all out with a full festival face or just after a subtle glitter touch, their talented artists have you covered.
